Prospera

Advancing Economic Mobility Across Arizona.

A family's ZIP code, household income, or primary language should never determine their financial future. Prospera combines interactive financial education for children, personalized resources for parents, and community partnerships that expand access to opportunity.

The Problem

The cost of missed opportunity.

Millions of Americans lose ground every year, not from a lack of programs, but a lack of awareness and access. The numbers tell the story.

We aim to lift that burden off families twofold: connecting parents to real economic resources while teaching children financial concepts early, so the next generation avoids those struggles before the stakes get high.

Our Story

Built alongside the families we serve.

From after-school programs in the Valley to a community-based platform for economic mobility.

Prospera began at the Swift Youth Foundation, where our team volunteered through after-school STEAM programming for children across underserved communities in the Valley. While working with students, we saw firsthand how access to opportunity often extended beyond the classroom. Financial literacy, a skill that shapes lifelong decisions, was something many children had never been given the chance to learn.

What started as a series of interactive financial literacy workshops soon expanded into partnerships with local schools and community organizations. As we worked more closely with families, we recognized that empowering children alone wasn't enough. Parents also needed easier access to local jobs, public benefits, financial resources, and community support. That realization inspired Prospera: a platform dedicated to advancing economic mobility by equipping children with financial knowledge and connecting families to the opportunities and resources they need to thrive.

Bring Prospera to your community.
